Who we are
This website is operated by Rajasri Systems Pvt. Ltd., Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India (“Rajasri”, “we”, “us”). Registered address: #26, First Main Road, Nanganallur, Chennai 600061, Tamil Nadu, India. For any privacy question, email businessdev@rajasri.net.
What we collect
When you submit a form on this website, we collect:
- your name, company and work email address;
- your phone number and preferred callback language, if you give them;
- anything you write in your message, and the project details you select;
- your consent to be contacted, and when you gave it.
With each submission we also record, to understand how visitors find us:
- the page you sent the form from, and the page that referred you to our site;

campaign parameters in the link you arrived by (for example
utm_sourceor a Google Ads click ID).
To limit abuse, our server briefly processes your IP address to rate-limit submissions. It is used only in hashed form and is not stored with your enquiry.
How we use it
We use these details only to:
- respond to your enquiry and arrange the callback or proposal you asked for;
- keep a record of our correspondence with you;
- measure which pages and campaigns bring enquiries to us.
We do not sell your personal data or use it for automated decision-making. We will not add you to a marketing mailing list without your separate consent.
Legal basis
We process your details on the basis of the consent you give when you submit a form. You can withdraw it at any time (see “Your rights”). Depending on where you are, this may also engage India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, Japan’s Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI), or, for visitors in the EU/UK, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Who can see it
Your enquiry is seen by the Rajasri team members who handle it. We will host this website and receive and store enquiries on our own server, rather than through a third-party platform. The specific technical details will be added here once that setup is complete; this website is currently on a demonstration host that does not store or send enquiry data. Where any part of our infrastructure is provided by a third party, they will act on our instructions and may not use your data for their own purposes. Where data is stored outside your country, we will rely on appropriate safeguards.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for 12 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a client, in which case our contract terms apply. We then delete or anonymise them.
Cookies and local storage
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. If you arrive through a campaign link, the campaign parameters are kept in your browser’s session storage until you close the tab, so they can be attached to a form you submit on another page.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the details we hold about you, correct them, delete them, or stop contacting you. Email businessdev@rajasri.net and we will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be highlighted on the website.
