What we deliver

From scattered data to decisions

We connect the data you already have, model it, and present it in dashboards and reports your managers can use.

  • Data integration

    Collecting and cleaning data

Bring data together from business systems, spreadsheets and databases into one reliable source.

  • Business intelligence

    Power BI dashboards and reports

Dashboards and scheduled reports built on Power BI, labelled and documented in Japanese.

  • Data analytics

    Analysis that answers a question

Trends, forecasts and exception reports on sales, operations or quality, with the method explained to your team.

  • Workflow automation

    Automated, refreshed reporting

Refreshes and report delivery run on a schedule, with Azure services or Power Automate where it helps, so the numbers stay current without manual work.

Japan collaboration model

A rhythm your team can plan around.

3 bilingual project managers and 2 bilingual QA managers keep the same routine on every Japanese project.

How we work
  • A daily team stand-up at 10:00 IST, with progress shared in Japanese
  • End-of-day status and progress reports
  • Detailed weekly reports in Japanese and English
  • UI/UX reviews aligned to Japanese design sensibility
  • Japanese QA sign-off before every release

Documents in Japanese

The document set that Japanese projects expect.

Each stage ends with a document your team can review, approve and keep. We write them in Japanese, with an English version whenever your team needs one.

What the system must do, agreed with your team before design begins.

  • 基本設計書 · 詳細設計書

    Basic and detailed design

How to get started

From first inquiry to kick-off, in four steps.

Write to us in Japanese or English. A bilingual member of the team replies in the same language.

  1. Tell us what you need

Send the contact form or request a callback. A rough idea is enough: what the system should do, who will use it and when you need it.

  2. Meet online, under NDA

We sign a non-disclosure agreement first, then walk through your requirements, existing systems and constraints in an online meeting.

  3. Receive a proposal and estimate

Scope, team, schedule and the engagement model that fits: contract development, a dedicated lab team, or maintenance and operations.

  4. Kick off with your bilingual PM

Your project manager sets up the meeting rhythm, reporting and tools, and the team starts on the first deliverable.

FAQ

Questions we hear first

Can we work with your team in Japanese?

Yes. Status reports, documentation and QA sign-off can all run in Japanese, with weekly reports in both Japanese and English.

What is the time difference between Japan and India?

India is 3 hours 30 minutes behind Japan. Our office opens at 9:30 in Chennai, which is 13:00 in Tokyo, so meetings, questions and reviews fit into your afternoon.

Which contract types do you offer?

Contract development (受託開発) for a fixed scope, a dedicated lab team (ラボ型開発) reserved for you month by month, and maintenance and operations (保守・運用) for systems already in production.

Which BI tools do you use?

Mainly Power BI, together with Azure data services. We choose the tool that fits the data you have and the tools your team already uses.

Can dashboards and reports be in Japanese?

Yes. Labels, measures, documentation and handover are in Japanese, and in English if your team needs both.

Can you also build AI on the same data?

Yes. Once the data is reliable we can add machine learning, face and image recognition or AI agents through our AI services.
