How to get started
From first inquiry to kick-off, in four steps.
Write to us in Japanese or English. A bilingual member of the team replies in the same language.

Meet online, under NDA
We sign a non-disclosure agreement first, then walk through your requirements, existing systems and constraints in an online meeting.
-
Receive a proposal and estimate
Scope, team, schedule and the engagement model that fits: contract development, a dedicated lab team, or maintenance and operations.

FAQ
Questions we hear first
Can we work with your team in Japanese?
Yes. Status reports, documentation and QA sign-off can all run in Japanese, with weekly reports in both Japanese and English.
What is the time difference between Japan and India?
India is 3 hours 30 minutes behind Japan. Our office opens at 9:30 in Chennai, which is 13:00 in Tokyo, so meetings, questions and reviews fit into your afternoon.
Which contract types do you offer?
Contract development (受託開発) for a fixed scope, a dedicated lab team (ラボ型開発) reserved for you month by month, and maintenance and operations (保守・運用) for systems already in production.
What kinds of systems do you build?
Business systems such as order, attendance and approval workflows, customer portals, internal tools and integrations, for construction, healthcare, education, media, energy and engineering clients.
Which technologies do you use?
Mainly Microsoft .NET and SQL Server on Azure or AWS, with web and mobile front ends. We agree the stack with you, based on what you run today.
Can you maintain a system after launch?
Yes. Maintenance and support (保守・運用) can follow the project, with Japanese-language tickets and regular reports.
