What we deliver

kintone, from first app to connected workflow

kintone is a no-code business app platform popular with Japanese companies. We design the apps, extend them where standard settings stop, and connect them to the rest of your systems.

  • App design

    kintone app design

Apps, fields, views and permissions designed around your real business process, with the specification written in Japanese.

  • Customisation

    JavaScript and plug-in customisation

Custom screens, validation and calculations for what standard settings cannot do, documented for your administrators.

  • Integration · DataSpider

    Integration with your other systems

Connect kintone to accounting, ERP, e-mail and databases through the kintone REST API and DataSpider.

  • Migration · support

    Data migration and support

Move data from spreadsheets or older systems, then keep the apps running with Japanese-language support.

Japan collaboration model

A rhythm your team can plan around.

3 bilingual project managers and 2 bilingual QA managers keep the same routine on every Japanese project.

How we work
  • A daily team stand-up at 10:00 IST, with progress shared in Japanese
  • End-of-day status and progress reports
  • Detailed weekly reports in Japanese and English
  • UI/UX reviews aligned to Japanese design sensibility
  • Japanese QA sign-off before every release

Documents in Japanese

The document set that Japanese projects expect.

Each stage ends with a document your team can review, approve and keep. We write them in Japanese, with an English version whenever your team needs one.

  • 要件定義書

    Requirements definition

What the system must do, agreed with your team before design begins.

  • 基本設計書 · 詳細設計書

    Basic and detailed design

Screens, data and processing, from the overall structure down to each function.

  • テスト仕様書 · テスト結果報告書

    Test specifications and results

Every test case is written down in advance, with the results reported against it.

  • 議事録 · 週次報告書 · 操作マニュアル

    Minutes, weekly reports and manuals

We record decisions after each meeting, track progress every week, and create a user manual.

How to get started

From first inquiry to kick-off, in four steps.

Write to us in Japanese or English. A bilingual member of the team replies in the same language.

  1. Tell us what you need

Send the contact form or request a callback. A rough idea is enough: what the system should do, who will use it and when you need it.

  2. Meet online, under NDA

We sign a non-disclosure agreement first, then walk through your requirements, existing systems and constraints in an online meeting.

  3. Receive a proposal and estimate

Scope, team, schedule and the engagement model that fits: contract development, a dedicated lab team, or maintenance and operations.

  4. Kick off with your bilingual PM

Your project manager sets up the meeting rhythm, reporting and tools, and the team starts on the first deliverable.

FAQ

Questions we hear first

Can we work with your team in Japanese?

Yes. Status reports, documentation and QA sign-off can all run in Japanese, with weekly reports in both Japanese and English.

What is the time difference between Japan and India?

India is 3 hours 30 minutes behind Japan. Our office opens at 9:30 in Chennai, which is 13:00 in Tokyo, so meetings, questions and reviews fit into your afternoon.

Which contract types do you offer?

Contract development (受託開発) for a fixed scope, a dedicated lab team (ラボ型開発) reserved for you month by month, and maintenance and operations (保守・運用) for systems already in production.

Can you customise kintone beyond the standard settings?

Yes. We extend kintone with JavaScript and plug-in customisation and the REST API, and document each change for your administrators.

Can kintone connect to our other systems?

Yes. We integrate kintone with business systems, databases and cloud services using the REST API and DataSpider.

Can you move our spreadsheets or Access files into kintone?

Yes. We review the data and how your team uses it today, design the apps, then migrate the records and check them with you.
