What is included

Upkeep that fits your site

The routine work that keeps a site fast and secure, and the changes that keep it useful.

  • Upkeep

    Updates and upgrades

Platform, framework and plugin updates, applied on a plan agreed with you.

  • Monitoring

    Monitoring and fixes

Issues spotted early and fixed, so the site stays fast and secure.

  • Enhancements

    Enhancements in small releases

New pages, features and changes added to the existing site without rebuilding it.

  • Reporting

    Reports you can read

Status and weekly reports in Japanese and English.

Available as a maintenance and operations engagement for systems already in production.

How to get started

From first inquiry to kick-off, in four steps.

Write to us in Japanese or English. A bilingual member of the team replies in the same language.

  1. Tell us what you need

Send the contact form or request a callback. A rough idea is enough: what the system should do, who will use it and when you need it.

  2. Meet online, under NDA

We sign a non-disclosure agreement first, then walk through your requirements, existing systems and constraints in an online meeting.

  3. Receive a proposal and estimate

Scope, team, schedule and the engagement model that fits: contract development, a dedicated lab team, or maintenance and operations.

  4. Kick off with your bilingual PM

Your project manager sets up the meeting rhythm, reporting and tools, and the team starts on the first deliverable.

FAQ

Questions we hear first

Can you take over a site someone else built?

Yes. We start by reading the code and documenting how the site works today, then agree a maintenance or improvement plan with you.

Do we need to rebuild the site?

Not usually. We keep the existing site current and improve it in small releases. If a part has reached the end of its life, we will say so and plan the change with you.

How are changes released?

Each change is tested before release, with Japanese QA sign-off, and reported in the next status report.

Can we work with your team in Japanese?

Yes. Status reports, documentation and QA sign-off can all run in Japanese, with weekly reports in both Japanese and English.
