Data integration

Connect your systems end to end — configured in DataSpider, not hand-built.

Data integration using DataSpider, connecting systems end-to-end with minimal custom code. Flows are configured rather than hand-built, so setup is faster — and we document and report in Japanese and English.

What we connect

Integration your team can follow

DataSpider integrations for the workflows Japanese companies already run on, set up with as little custom code as the job allows.

  • DataSpider

    End-to-end data integration

Data flows between your systems, configured in DataSpider with minimal custom code.

  • Kintone

    Kintone applications

Kintone apps built for Japanese clients and connected to the systems around them.

  • Azure · Microsoft 365

    Cloud services alongside

Azure and Microsoft 365 services working in the same flows as your existing systems.

  • Handover

    Documented flows

Documentation and reports in Japanese, with weekly reports in Japanese and English.

Also in our toolkit: Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps and PowerApps.

How to get started

From first inquiry to kick-off, in four steps.

Write to us in Japanese or English. A bilingual member of the team replies in the same language.

  1. Tell us what you need

Send the contact form or request a callback. A rough idea is enough: what the system should do, who will use it and when you need it.

  2. Meet online, under NDA

We sign a non-disclosure agreement first, then walk through your requirements, existing systems and constraints in an online meeting.

  3. Receive a proposal and estimate

Scope, team, schedule and the engagement model that fits: contract development, a dedicated lab team, or maintenance and operations.

  4. Kick off with your bilingual PM

Your project manager sets up the meeting rhythm, reporting and tools, and the team starts on the first deliverable.

FAQ

Questions we hear first

Can you work with Kintone or DataSpider?

Yes. We have built Kintone applications and DataSpider integrations for Japanese clients, alongside Azure and Microsoft 365 services.

What does “minimal custom code” mean?

DataSpider flows are configured rather than hand-built, so most of an integration is set up instead of programmed. Where a flow needs custom logic, we add it alongside — for example with Azure Functions, as in our Marubeni project.

Where should we start?

With one integration between two systems you already run. We configure it, test it on your data, and add the next one once you have signed off.

Can we work with your team in Japanese?

Yes. Status reports, documentation and QA sign-off can all run in Japanese, with weekly reports in both Japanese and English.
